I think society has advanced a lot in everything in general, but especially in technology. When my grandparents were young, they sent letters to each other. My grandfather always tells me that when he went to the military service, he sent photos to my grandmother and write behind them how he was. Now we can call since we have mobile phones, and for a few years we can make the famous video calls which have triumphed in the last quarantine.

One very useful thing that has been invented is e-mail, which has replaced letters and also faxes. I think it is a very useful tool to communicate with, because with a click we can reach any part of the world.

E-mail is something that many companies, both private and public, use to send communications and other things. In addition, it also has other uses such as when we make a purchase online and they send us data and discounts of the store in which we have bought, among others.
